What happens if you eat one half breast of chicken a day?


Will get more muscle? There used to be a very muscular giant of a guy that would come in the restaurant I worked at & claimed that’s how he got so big. Is this a myth or will I indeed become a beast myself by following this diet?

Update 2:

He would order to chicken in a bowl with no sauce or anything.

    If you eat it with no carbs, and you eat just that, you can lose weight.

    Nothing. White meat chicken is supposed to be good for you.

    It depends on what else you eat.  Skinless, chicken breast is good for you but it's not if it's all you eat.
