Where can I find nobility etiquette rules?
Like what rules and manners nobility and elite societies had that set them apart from normal society. Any books or websites or something?

There are a number of books and websites that lay out etiquette rules. It of course depends on which period you are looking for. Most like The Ladies' Book of Etiquette and Manual of Politeness for instance relates to the 19th century. But you must remember that most of the books and such were not for the nobility or the gentry as they were trained how to behave their entire lives and were well aware of the judgement of society, meaning the upper classes. The books were more for the Nouveau riche.

Read books and other materials written in those days. For example, Jane Austen's "Pride and Prejudice" opens with Mrs. Bennett imploring her husband to go to the home of their new neighbor and introduce himself. Mr. Bennett suggests that since SHE is the one eager to visit the new neighbor, SHE make the initial visit. Mrs. Bennett responds that it would be very inappropriate for her to go calling on the new neighbor before he husband has formally become acquainted with the new neighbor.
Also seek out old books and magazine's providing etiquette advice.
