Routinely, by republicons, yes. Its called gerrymandering.
They re-draw district maps, TO CHEAT, to make people that didnt get voted for seem as if they did, by the electoral count. YES. THATS CHEATING. And they cheat in other ways too. REPUBLICONS DO, because they have nothing to offer, so they just badmouth and malign and rig elections, so they can get in and exempt themselves from taxes and laws which is all they want. THEY ARE AMERICA'S ENEMY. THEY ARE DESTROYING US.

Look at the personality...of Gore...and HillDog ..and ask yourself that question..are you kidding me? Final answer. President Obama is class President. Hillary Clinton is the one chick who sits at the nerd table at lunch. She may be smart..but it is what it is. I'm sorry...personality...is everything when it comes to politics.

No. They got the votes of liberal states but not of conservative states. Presidents get the electoral votes by winning the popular vote in that state, not nationally.
