Hecks knows, but best guesses based on cult classic status + repeats frequency on legacy media platforms + current availability on streaming & digital download + fan base craziness would probably include:

    Dad's Army

Star Trek: TOS (now available re-released in HD)

Star Trek: TNG (now available re-released in HD)

    Star Trek: DS9

    Home Improvement

    Last Man Standing

South Park (older episodes re-released in HD on iTunes)

    The Simpsons

    The Rugrats

    The X-Files

Seinfeld (re-released in HD + widely available on streaming platforms)

    Monty Python's Flying Circus

    Red Dwarf

    Family Guy

    American Dad

    Top Gear (series 6-22)

    The Grand Tour

Battlestar Galactica (classic + maybe newer series)

    The Flintstones

    Thomas & Friends

    The Orville

Peppa Pig (the kids who grew up watching it will be like 80-100 by then)

My own money is on shows which they keep rebooting such as Doctor Who, Star Trek, The Outer Limits, Twilight Zone. Even though they were made in the '60s I watch these shows all the time.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Futurama are some cult shows which I think will stand the test of time. I'm a huge Lost In Space fan but I've got no idea whether people

will still be watching it in 2100.

Maybe I Love Lucy since it was a classic comedy of the 50's. Laugh In because it was a phenomenon of the 60's, The Twilight Zone -classic science fiction with the best actors of the time. Gunsmoke, one of the longest running series ever, The Mary Tyler show for breaking new ground with a show about a single woman.

This is really kind of a sample of what I remember from when I was young, anyway. I wonder if TV shows will even be a point of interest in history books in the future.
