What is the duty cycle of an ar 15 before you have to clean it?

I have seen people on youtube fire tons of ammo through it in trying to make it fail but it never did and they did it on full auto

I clean mine every time I shoot them and half of them on memorial day and the other half on labor day if they need them or not.

And so you know, I have 3 SP-1s (as an example) that people believe to be un-fired and believe me, they have all seen their fair share of rounds put through them.

You obviously have not seen the videos by Iraqveteran8888 who fired weapons on full auto (including AR's of various brands) until they literally  catch on fire. Not all AR's are created equal. And if you watched his videos you would understand that.

We clean our AR15 after every day at the range.

    .

    Even the clip/magazine gets cleaned.

I carry a sidearm when trail riding. It gets cleaned whether I use it or not.
