Why is The simpsons on Disney plus? Simpsons isn't actually apart of Disney?

    Disney bought out 20th Century Fox so Disney now own the rights to The Simpsons.

    Technically it is since Disney bought 20th Century Fox in March of 2019.

    Disney+ has confirmed the latest series of The Simpsons will be available on the platform on Friday 6th November 2020. Season 31 of the long-running series consists of 22 episodes that were originally broadcast between September 2019 and May 2020 and joins more than 600 episodes already on the streaming service.
