I need help with this:

A large mixing tank currently contains 350 gallons of water, into which 40 pounds of sugar have been mixed. A tap will open, pouring 18 gallons of water per minute into the tank at the same time sugar is poured into the tank at a rate of 2 pounds per minute. Find a function C(t) that describes the concentration of sugar C (in pounds per gallon) in the tank after t minutes

    Let t be the number of minutes since the tap opened.

    w(t)= 350 + 18t

    s(t)= 40 + 2t

    C(t)= (40 + 2t)/(350 + 18t)
