    Depends on interest rate. Maybe so Maybe not. If 0% interest rate then no point really.

    Only if the company says, paying in advance gets you some sort of discount.

    Example T-mobile will take $5.00 off your monthly bill, if you do auto pay, vs paying the bill, each month. 

    So if your company does not have any such payment discount, then for you, the answer will be no.
