There's a video somewhere where this guy eats nothing but McD's for a year, I don't think the challenge went well for him.

Sure dont you know?  McDonalds is health food meat, potatoes, vegetables like lettuce and tomatoes on the burgers, its the food of champions all Olympic athletes eat there daily.

Good lord, NO. They don't make anything except black coffee that isn't loaded with fat, sugar and salt. you can't eat like that every single day without consequences. Diabetes, high blood pressure, digestive issues, and a fatty liver are only 4--not to mention weight gain and a ruined metabolism. Having it occasionally--maybe once a month--is okay and won't hurt much--but every day? You're risking a lot of health issues.

Of course not. McDiabetes is terrible!

No but they had a good answer for that stupid documentary where someone ate it every day for a month, they don't tell you to go every day, it's supposed to be a rare treat. The only mistake they made was opening too many branches so some people go too much, it was better when they were just in city centres.

If it's free then it must be good, right?
