Can someone explain the meaning of this sentence?

'an Economist is someone who is good with numbers but does not have the personality to be an accountant.'

Update:

I'm not asking for your opinion. Just to explain in simple English what it means

In short, this sentence indicates accountants need better people skills than economists. Because of this, economists do not have to be as personable or sociable as accountants must be.
