yes, but the first says she led him down the street (and eventually to her house) while the second says "she led him to her house (which is down the street).
She led him down the street. They eventually got to her house, where they stopped.
She led him to her house. They went down the street to get there.

Yes, but they mean two different things.
A describes how she took him to her house -- by going down the street.
B indicates the location of her house.

Both are correct. The first emphasizes leading him down the street whereas the second emphasizes leading him to her house. In the latter, down the street is incidental to the main idea (to her house).
