Stay quarantined at home as much as possible and very little travel. Only when you need to go somewhere like a grocery store. Stay at home, continue on practicing good hygiene and make sure you send plenty of proper, excellent greetings to the Prophet Habibullah, peace and blessings be upon him, and make sure you make Salawaat upon the Prophet Habibullah, his family, and to all those who love the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and peace be upon his entire household.

Make sure you continue practicing your faith and read a lot of Quran, plenty of Quran. It will benefit you tremendously as well as reciting Salawaat, asking God to bless His Prophet, the family of the Prophet and to all of the believers and ask God to keep safe you as well as your neighbors. Ask God to safeguard you, your household and your neighborhood.

Furthermore, make sure you practice practical good hygiene routine in the house, and social distance from those living with you.

Stay where you are. A healthy person shall not go in panademic area and a victim of panademic shall not come out of that area to victimize others of the disease. In the caliphate of Umer , the 2nd caliph , 30000 soldiers caught in plague area , Non of them came out from that area and consequently all died as they know the saying of the prophet on it.
