    Both are correct. But you need an' I', to start the sentence.

    The first suggests the feeling you get right after washing your hair. Only suggests!

    The second suggests you did it at an earlier time. And in general. Only suggests!

    Both are. Minor differences in tense aside, they're basically the same.
