Disappointed.  Our family live in a area of UK with a very low rate of covid and it does seem unfair that because people in other areas cannot obey a few rules that the whole of the UK will suffer. Its always the few who spoil it for everyone else.  I put the blame were it truly belongs the self centred idiots who don't think the rules shouldn't apply to them.  The government can't fight this virus alone , it us as individuals and communities to do the majority of it by following the rules. But until the small majority of public idiots get that i worry this won't be the last lockdown.

The people in Low Covid areas normally live their life as an introvert (keeping much to themselves) so the question is...

. HOW is this going to affect them "differently"? Ans.  It won't.

One government argument against a lockdown was that it would be unfair on low COVID areas like Cornwall. But A&E at the main hospital in Cornwall is already overwhelmed without COVID.  There were 15 ambulances queuing outside at one time last week and the hospital has previously struggled when there has been a bad flu season. Add COVID to that and health services in the county could go into meltdown.

There is no point in another lockdown as it didn't work the first time.

There are only 5 cases where I am and all of those are self isolating.

All the shops and boozers are open as normal.

So it is not a problem
