Some can, but it's not typical. The oldest woman to give birth is Maria del Carmen Bousada de Lara and she was 66 and 358 days old (almost 67).

Older women are generally less fertile. The sperm quality of men also declines with age which can mean a child with health issues at birth or later in life, or a possibly reduced life expectancy. Older people can have children though.

Yes, but when the baby is 20 she'll be 70 and very old too.

She can certainly give birth. The issue is whether she can conceive.

If she has not reached menopause yet, it is certainly possible for a woman of that age to conceive. She is likely not ovulating very regularly, but she'd still be doing so, so pregnancy remains a possibility.

If a woman is still ovulating at 50 then yes.

It is medically possible, but the health risks to the baby increase exponentially after age 40.

Well it's possible and I knew a woman who did at 52. However it's very rare and risky.

Can and should are two very different things.
