Yes, the leaderboards around the course are updated and the golfers can see those if they want.

Leaderboards are updated regularly which help inform fans/patrons watching the event along with players. Even if on-course reporters provide leaderboard info to players, it's not against the rules because a leaderboard is publicly available information. Most events have electronic scoreboards, however The Masters still uses manually-updated hole-by-hole scoring.
