What is this ?

Itchy palms and itchy fingers. Idk how I get these small bumps , they are usually clear and small and show up on my palm or hand. It doesn’t have a rash around it . It goes away on its own. It’s like a clear bubble but doesn’t hurt or itch.

Are they bumps filled with water? If so you may want go see a dermatologist and possibly get tested or treated for scabies. These will present as tiny little water blisters. Upon popping them you may notice that they will have a little brown spec inside of the blister. This would be the scabies mites leaving their poo inside your skin.

Dyshidrosis.  It is the allergy to a dermatophyte.  Usually it itches horribly.  You are lucky, it can be very persistent.
