How will history remember Trump and his followers acting like babies with the election results?

Rather as it remembers Hitler's "Beer Hall Putsch" of Nov. 1923. A laughable failed effort.

→ Exactly like you said: acting like babies '' ... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It will forever show that Trump has no dignity.

I think it will be seen as a relatively minor thing. An unsuccessful attempt to control an election. But I think the overall effect of social media and 'fake news' will be noted by history. (And by 'fake news' I mean genuine fake news, not just any well-researched, factual news item that annoys Trump.) And the Republicans' attempt to invalidate the election was in that category.
