No.  It should be "yesterday I went to sleep at ten o'clock and woke up at six-thirty this morning"

No. There is a need to add "to" after "went" and change "slept" to "sleep." With those corrections, it would be fine.

Oh gosh, this needs a lot of help as it is not grammatically correct. Try:

Yesterday I went to sleep at 10:00 p.m. and I woke up at 6:30 a.m. this morning.

Last night I went to sleep at 10:00 p.m. and I woke up at 6:30 a.m. this morning.

Yesterday I went to sleep at 10:00 p.m. and I woke up this morning at 6:30 a.m.

Last night I went to sleep at 10:00 p.m. and I woke up this morning at 6:30 a.m.

**When you are giving clock times in a sentence you use the numeral, you don't spell the word.
