completely  ....not that i am aware ........take out

PUB vs BAR was curious how they are different

PUBS  have large selections of different kinds of  BEER wine and Cider  and has a FULL menu  . it allows MINORS to be accompanied by an adult ...

....BARS specialize in LIQUOR rather than FOOD  and a  wide selection of COCKTAILS in addition  to  alcoholic  beverages

so  depending  BARS  without FOOD or packaged  beer selling  to go  may be completely closed

You can get take away drinks as you can anywhere in England. You need to pre-order. Strange question to be asking if you are in the UK, you should know this.

Pubs (like other eateries) can offer take-away service; but all hospitality venues (bars, pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, cafes) are closed for sit-in / eat-in

Pubs, restaurants, and bars are closed, except for takeaways, all alcohol takeaways must be ordered in advance,.

Unfortunately yes. You will just have to top up from a supermarket.
