Is brain tumor treatment the same for everyone?

Depends on how big it is, where it it exactly, and what sort of tumour it is.
I had a malignant tumour taken out nearly 20 years ago, and I still have a small benign tumour which hasn't changed since an xray, (where it went unnoticed) more than 20 years ago.
I had experimentally heavy radiation for the first tumour and nothing, except check up MRIs, for the other thing.
All the best.

No. Treatment depends on many things, including the type of tumor, age and general health of patient, goal of treatment, and even a person's genetics. There are many different kinds of brain tumors.

Different - depends on the location of the tumor and whether it is benign or not.
