    They are all basically saying the same thing, but they are wonky. They need some help. You could say:

    He who sees only one side of things may find himself involved in fights or arguements.The one who sees only one side of things may find themselves involved in fights and arguements.

    The person who sees only one side of things may be involved in fights and arguements.
