1.  y = k/x

   a.  x>>>0 ---  y becomes increasingly large approaching infinity

    . . . x>>>infinity  ---  y becomes smaller approaching 0

   b.  division by 0 is undefined -- meaning there is NO y value when x = 0 creating 2 separate branches of the graph -- if x is neg. and approaches 0 then the left branch goes to neg. infinity  ===  but if x is pos. and approaches 0 then the right branch goes to pos. infinity

   c.  vert. asymptote is the y axis  ---  x = 0

  . . . . horiz. asymptote is the x axis  ---  y = 0

2.  The graph is V-shaped  ---  now you explain it

other questions ask about "which graph" implying that you have a choice == but I don't know the choices .. so you have to do the rest
