Is a Paralegal associate degree worth it if I already have a Masters's degree in Education?

What kind of jobs a person can get with an Associate degree in Paralegal studies?

You won’t be able to get much of anything with an Associate degree in Paralegal Studies.  The competition is too fierce.   In The USA, we have an absolute GLUT of Legal Professionals.  

Suggestion:  Look for something in the Healthcare industry.
