Does a person from desert (a cold desert) like me go insane if he was to ?

move to another place where it's all trees but mostly rainy , not much sunlight and even colder

There is no law that says you have to go insane living around trees.

People can adapt instead of going insane.  Depends on the strength of will and the character of the individual what the consequences will be.  It mostly would not be stress-free though.  The worst weather in my opinion is muggy heat.  Just saps me, drains the energy right out of me and makes me miserable.  Cold I can handle.  Just put on another layer if it is needed. I don't understand people who choose to move to Florida from up north.
