Yes. It has some of the priciest real estate in London - One Hyde Park. Some posh shops, eg Harrods and Harvey Nicks. Personally I find it over-priced and overrated.

I've been there, but it was almost 30 years ago.  

Seemed like the rest of Central London, but more posh.
