It's probably impossible as banks no longer let you pay cash notes into someone's account anymore in case it's money Laundering 😒😒

In general, you CAN'T. If you TALK to the bank, and convince them your motives are legitimate, they can accept a cash deposit or electronic transfer any you don't even need to know the account number as long as you can identify the customer sufficiently. You won't be unknown to the bank, but you can remain anonymous to the recipient.

You can still pay cash into someone's account, as long as it's under 10k. Anything over that and the bank has to report it.
To pay it in 'anonymously', you would physically have to go into the bank branch and do it. You would need this person's account details and then you would need to sign the deposit slip, but they wouldn't be able to trace you from that, or even be able to read your signature.

Who said you can't? As long as you have their acct number and its less than $10k cash.
