How can I find out who are the Owner and Moderator for solutions to the current problem that Yahoo shutting down Yahoo Groups has caused?

You need to contact Verizon. It was Verizon's decision to terminate ALL the Yahoo neo Groups, NOT Yahoo's. The moderator of a Yahoo neo Group was NOT The owner. At one time Yahoo was the owner. When Verizon Communications bought Yahoo, Verizon became the owner. I doubt if the Group CEO of Verizon will respond or cares. The technology was totally outdated. That is WHY Verizon is terminating them.
