Is the sentence correct?
Hi! How are your health? When you were in the surgery, you felt pain? And now, are you feeling pain? I hope you are feeling better and safe.

Your sentences should be written like this: Hi! How is your health? When you were having surgery, did you feel any pain? And now, are you feeling any pain? I hope that you are feeling better, and that you are comfortable.

This needs a bit of help.
You could say:
Hi! How are you doing? Was your surgery painful? Are you in pain now? I hope you are feeling better and keep safe.

As written, there are four sentences, following the salutation (hi). It should be "is" not "are" in the first. The second would be better with "did you feel pain" rather than as written. The balance is fine.
