Is grammatically correct?

You have some health issues, but you will be better, besides, I know you know how to take good care of yourself.

    No. It is a run-on sentence. The second sentence should begin with "besides." With that change, it would be fine.

    You have some health issues, but you will GET better.   I know THAT you know how to take good care of yourself.

    Just change these phrases: but you will get better / I know that you know....
