CPU ISSUES?

I have a MSI GP62 7RD Leopard 7th Gen gaming laptop and ever since the windows 1903 (I think) update every time I open my task manager it shows my CPU is maxed and the most random programs (normal start up programs) like task manager can use up to 55% of the CPU and stuff like system idle, desktop windows manager,  windows audio graph and few others will be in the 20s to 30s% together and before the update I was using about 75 to 85% CPU and it interferes with gameplay now. Before I updated to Windows 1903 everything was fine. Specs are Intel I-5-7300HQ 2.50gh 8gb ram and Nvida Geforce GTX 1050 (Heres an example with my Task Manager using 66% CPU

Disable updates or revert to win7.

roll back that windows update, then contact MSI about the problem via their 'support' oages
