Should transphobia be considered a disability if the transphobe is unable to work because of it? ?

Serious question. I've seen several in social media in the US, similar to Maya Forstater in the UK. 

Update:

I should have added employers wouldn't hire them because of their social media posts and attitude regarding antidiscrimination laws.

How could anyone be unable to work because of an irrational and bigoted attitude?

If they refuse to work because of their fear or hatred, that's a problem of their own making, not a real disability.
