Do your own homework. The Q is ridiculously easy. One is for TV, one is for file transfer and one is for networking in general.

The question is too vague to apply any of the choices. My answer would be D. The other possible choice is B, however TCP/IP isn't "a" protocol, it's two protocols. There is no such thing as TCP/IP, there is IP and there is TCP.
