A librarian has gone to school for 6 years for the honor of being called a librarian. Contrary to popular belief that anyone that works in a library is a librarian, this is simply not true. Only those who have gone to school for 4 years and then when to librarian school for 2 years are librarians.
A booker does not require any special education, and simply schedules things for people. Such as someone that books your trip for you.
