Determine the friction force, Fs, for a flat plate length 13.8 cm and width 3.1 m being towed in a water tank at velocity 1.5 m/s. Assume water density and viscosity of 1000 kg/m3 and 1 × 10^-3 kg/(ms) respectively

I think you mean drag force. question, is this high speed turbulent flow or laminar flow?
what is the orientation of the plate? sldeways, you need the thickness.
