What is the difference between a military junta and a stratocracy ?

One is Spanish language, the Latin-English language, they are the same. "a military government."
The Media love to use strange quirky sounding words.

I never heard of a "Stratocracy". A Junta is when the military runs the country via a military board with one of it's own as leader.
