Learn If Sugar is Truly a Treat to Your Health!
It’s no secret that governments all over the world are starting to crack down on sugar. They are passing taxes on sugary drinks and snacks, banning them from schools, and more treatment programs are becoming open to people who believe they are addicted to sugar. But what is the truth?
Is sugar the new enemy? The Different Types of Sugar. Coca leaves were used for centuries in their natural state to chew on or to make tea. This was normal and there were no issues. But, then they were highly processed and turned into a dangerous and addictive drug known as cocaine.
The innocent poppy flower suffered the same fate. Formerly a safe and effective tea, often used for relaxation and pain, it got super-processed and became a powerful, dangerous and addictive opiate.
Sugar first starts out as sugar cane - a healthy stalking plant. Used in its natural form you can’t consume enough to make you sick. But super-concentrated and processed it becomes like a drug. In fact, with lab rats, sugar outperformed cocaine as the drug of choice.
It’s important to know that there are various types of sugar, some natural and some very processed - to the point that even if they started natural, they are no longer natural.https://gum.co/gVVAV

Try the diabetic sugar bars go to the diabetic section and get the slow release chocolate vanilla bars specially designed for people with conditions like that it has a sugar that releases slowly to raise your blood sugar levels to a healthy point and get yourself some test strips and when you need sugar take the appropriate amount of sugar you should be about 98.99 parts. If you're more than that you're getting too much sugar if you're anything under an 80 you're going to feel absolutely crappy so you're going to have to probably get strips and maintain your sugar. Try eating honey candies which is a predigested form of sugar see how that behaves sugar is not unhealthy it is absolutely necessary to life but you're just going to have to do some monitoring just like a diabetic keeping your sugar levels where I told you to keep them

RXBARs, figs, dates, bananas, etc.
Whole fruit = okay.
Added sugars OR fiber-removed sugars = deadly over time.

sugar is in lots of stuff, cereal, pancakes, soft drinks, coffee, tea, some chips, bread...and the list goes on....maybe just go for a 20 min walk instead of killing yourself......see a doctor soon...

You need to follow the 15-15 "rule" (guideline, really) for hypoglycemia. Eat 15 grams of carbohydrates and wait 15 minutes for all symptoms to subside. The weak shakiness, light headed feeling, anxiety, and/or irritability should disappear.
Typical 15-gram foods:
handful of grapes, about 15
2 Tbsp. raisins, dried cranberries, or dried cherries
half a plain bagel
half a cup of granola
Those foods do have naturally occurring sugar, but it shouldn't be enough to matter to your blood sugar.
I hope it's not rude to ask if you've been diagnosed with low blood sugar or if it's a self-diagnosis. If it's self, you need to see a doctor to rule out diabetes and to get some nutritional information that will help you eat correctly. Clearly it's not just eliminating sugar, right?
