What’s the youngest age one can be condemned for sins and go to Hell forever?

An unborn child, if not conceived by married parents, will be condemned to hell. That's how Christianity works.

We are born into sin.  If a baby isn't baptized and dies they go to Hell.

Yes, but if you own a fake ID, you can get into Hell when you're younger.

Not a chronological determination, but the realization that there are terms of pardon which will keep them out of a devil's hell.

The age of accountability is generally thought to be around 12, but is relative to when a person becomes capable of knowing right from wrong. Sadly, there will be many under 18 in hell for eternity. This is why youth ministry is important.
