Just as much
as there could be a God
who cares no more about humans
than it cares about bacteria.
Human ego just assumes
that humans are special
to the hypothetical creator of the universe.

Hypothetically
logically
yes, of course such a being COULD exist
a being who has the powers of a deity
but who does not employ them (or, at least, does not employ them where humans could observe).

If there is a god who produces no measurable results he might as well not exist. As far as I am concerned god is just a figment of imagination...

God is omnibenevolent and He both answers prayers and performs miracles. A person can know these things with certainty by reciting the rosary of the Virgin Mary every day with care and sincerity.

yes. A deistic type of God. Or an omnimalevolent one that just curses and dooms.
