I’m soon turning 30 and it’s making me feel like taking my life. How can I deal with this?

that's no reason to kill yourself. the older you live to be the prouder you should be. for it shows your toughness and wisdom to have lived for so long!

Honestly when I turned 30 I didnt feel any older then did in my 20s. We all age no matter what, just enjoy life cause your still young yet
