Should I start my own game review website?

Hi! I've been recently thinking about starting my own game review website. I'm actually currently reviewing for another site, but I was thinking about branching onto my own thing so I can write whatever without worrying about pitching it, know I'll get articles out on time, not have my creativity try to be squashed, and a little bit on the fact that there are some terrible people on the team.

I'm a little nervous how everyone else on the team will take it, or possibly being kicked out for trying to do my own thing, but since there are others that are a part of a different review group, I'm guessing it's no big deal anyway.So should I go ahead with it?
