What do you think of the format for a driving psa?

Let’s say there was a psa in which in one scene it showed a car going along a mountainside then it fades to a person eating her burger in slow motion, then the next scene shows her eating and she sees like a truck or something and it shows a closeup of her hand gripping at the wheel with her food and in an intense manner maneuvers in slow motion and she nearly crashes and she feels dazed and sighs with fear before going on her way and it fades to a safety tip “always pull over to eat or parking lot to eat”before it fades to the next scene. It can have intense booming timpani music in E minor. What do you think?
