Seven pound turkey breast, I'd like to see the turkey that came from, that'd have to be from a 25-30 pound bird.

I do two bacon wrapped turkey breasts from a 10-15 pd. turkey and they only take about 90 minutes.

Usually about 18-22 minutes per pound, assuming it is at room temperature. Use a meat thermometer anyway.
