What's your area like for criminals?

I found an app called Offender Locator that shows you people who have broken the law in your area, but only across the USA and does not show criminals anywhere else in the world.

Even death row inmates in my state were able to dip into the nearly billion dollar unemployment department fraud that was recently discovered here. So yeah, life's not bad for lifers around here.

It's fine for criminals.  Lots of opportunities to do crimes.
