this is an exceedingly rational question. It was first said by a 15th century medieval monk by the name of "Basil Caviar" in response to recent London sackings by the Huns and Goths. The troglodyte barbarians too, he believed, deserved to not be judged hastily withut personally oberving their collective raping and pillaging.
