Who came up with the claim  "U can not judge someone if you do not know him"?

1. I never knew Stalin but i know he was evil.

2. I never knew Hitler but i know he was evil.

3. I have not met Trump but i know he is dumb.

If you think Hitler is evil, you obviously think cheating is ok. And believing you are better than everyone else and all other groups exist only to serve yours.

You do not have to know a crazy psychopath to judge him.

this is an exceedingly rational question. It was first said by a 15th century medieval monk by the name of "Basil Caviar" in response to recent London sackings by the Huns and Goths. The troglodyte barbarians too, he believed, deserved to not be judged hastily withut personally oberving their collective raping and pillaging.

Please ask this question in your own language.  'U' is not a word either in English or in American and I is always capitalised when it is alone.

Your list shows, not judgement, but prejudice -- pre-judgement.
