Why does a webpage slow down my firefox?

During internet, a message comes: A webpage is slowing down your browser 'stop it/wait/. I click 'wait'. It starts after sometime but comes again. It delays internet a lot. How can I stop this?

If you are getting an error that a webpage is slowing down my firefox then follow the below steps:

• Clear the Cache and

• Remove Cookies

• Disable extensions
