Christianity says a thing, that the murderer can accept faith in Jesus and be forgiven. Islam???? They have similar points. Torah? hard to know, because they were not Jewish. But they won't be saved, as they were murderer AND After children of Adam G-d said He will not let it without response. Noahide Laws also never spoke of Repenting... So, that's probably bad consequence according to Torah and Forgiven in rest..

Depends on if God counts their sins against them. The history of the bible is filled with God doing that and not doing that.

They have to truly see the sin as sin. (Which they will never see what they did as a sin. They think differently.) They would have to repent and know JESUS. 

All sins are equal in God's heart.

Heaven held Luicfer and the fallen angels.

Heaven knows evil. God created evil.

But no one's aloud into Heaven without first jesus.

God will judge all.

The Bible warns that people can reach a certain stage in their rebellion against them and in the depravity of their wicked deeds where their heart is utterly hardened against Him and they will not be saved. That is because they have gone beyond the point of repentance. Never mind those dead people. What about you?
