HE and HIS people worked with Russia, again, to win illegally. . The scuttlebutt is, Russia hacked States' and local voter rolls and added a few hundred thousand completely fake voters who exist only in databases.

To prove it, just take a small percent of the voters from each ZIP code and tie the 'alleged voter' to a REAL person.

Yes, he should, but he won't.
Idiots think that Obama, Clinton and Biden belong in jail...for Trump's fabrications, but in real reality, Trump belongs behind bars and being sued by every American.
