Universities really test how well you 1. work in a team. 2. follow instructions and 3. remember "Facts" without question?
that is how you get a high paying job ? why?

That's what you also do in most jobs where you are the employee.
Though I don't know about remembering "facts" without question. If you are studying math, there's a proof for every theory. If it's history, they pay a lot of attention to the causes and consequences. Etc. You can probably ask a professor questions, but your boss would probably get annoyed.

You leave out a few important other things unis do for you, but just the 3 you mentioned are valuable job skills. If I hire you, I want you to work in a team, remember what we teach you, and do as you're told.

The pay potential depends on the degree. A degree in gender studies will pay poorly compared to engineering or accounting, for example.

That’s more true of your first two years of study at a university.

The biggest thing a college degree shows is a willingness to jump through hoops and follow a curriculum. That's what gets you a high paying job.
