Are there no laws against driving in the dark in Oklahoma?

I just moved here from Delaware and NO ONE drives with their headlights on here.  The roads are pitch black and I’ve almost rear ended the living piss out of many people because they won’t turn on their damn lights.  I even asked a guy about it and he told me to “mind my own damn business” and “if they can see where they’re going then it’s not my problem”.  He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to quit “trying to control other people’s lives!”  Are Oklahomans really this damn stupid?? I can’t see their asses on the road!!

Yes. They have a watermelon as their state vegetable, and that’s not even a vegetable.

According to Oklahoma law headlights must be turned on between 30 minutes after sunset until 30 minutes before sunrise, and any other time when visibility is impaired.
